A guide to buying and setting up a pole (Please read before buying)

Measuring up

Start by getting your ceiling to floor measurements. Remember you will need a mirror on a wall in front of you, your computer in view, a joist in the ceiling and enough leg room all the way around your poles circumference.

Installing

The poles provided come with full instruction, two spanners for both inner and outer lock nuts, a sticky pad to protect your floor from slippage,( A flat wool rug is suggested as in Janie s home) and a stainless steel pole with an m d f disc to protect your ceiling from the simple pressure against it. Poles are all removable and may be taken down with ease when necessary. You may require a spirit level to ensure it is up straight. Please send your payment. Poles will be delivered in a 28-day period
