Courses, Categories, Prices

Hen Party groups have shown a massive interest in a pole dancing afternoon. Janie's Pole School offers three hours intensive tuition and fun, with a personal trainer if requested as extra in two different packages (Basic or VIP);

Basic Package

For £30.00 per lady the above is offered with wine and sandwiches. Certificates included.

VIP Package

For £50.00 per lady the above is offered with strawberries and cream, luxury nibbles, champagne, a proffessional photographer, video footage (pics and footage to be sent on, duplicates will cost extra.) Certificates included.

An Introduction to the pole, Ladies may have a taste of pole dancing in an introductory individual course for just £35.00 per hour, and can in a small group of friends, come along and see what is possible with the skill of pole dancing, for simple fitness. Book your course after giving it a try.

Group lessons devised by Janie, a maximum of five in each group costing £25.00 per person for one hour lessons. Keep fit, learn the tricks, learn to table dance for your partner, and enjoy the pleasure and the pain as your body becomes fitter and fitter. All pole moves are listed on their own page. For those who require serious tuition to become a table dancer, learn the business inside and out. With a talk on presentation, auditions, types of dance styles, club knowledge, what to wear, where to buy, club rules, making money, self employment, accountancy advice, beauty advice, best fake tan, best hair extensions, best nails, in fact all one needs to know. Lessons will include how to conduct an amazing table dance one on one; it will also include how to perfect a two song stage show around the pole, a standard requirement of all table dance establishments. Come along for these classes and Janie can advise you on your best local clubs which would allow you to become employed in this most lucrative business. Certificates Included.

Table Dancers Tuition' courses are priced as below;

Group lessons £25.00 per head for one hour lessons

One on One lessons £35.00 for one hour lessons

One day crash courses including lunch are £110.00 per person in a group or £160.00 one on one. You would be expected to arrive at 9.00 AM and to leave at 6.00PM.

Pole Rental
For those women who are ultra keen, our pole will be available for hourly practice, at a rate of £15.00 per hour alone or £10.00 per hour in a group of you. Once you have completed a course, you may wish to keep it up and from achieving Gold status, Janie will have a pole fitted in your home when you are ready. This can be arranged for you, for around £200.00 to £250.00.

Personal Training to your home

Exclusive personal training in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

For £45 an hour Janie will personally train you at your own home. She will also advise you on where to purchase additional items such as the installation of your own pole, suitable shoes and the availability of exclusive outfits from Sugar Sugar. She can then continue to visit you on a regular basis until you are proficient in the art of pole dancing, as well as being extremely fit!
